Stefan Jakob Raku Kiln Workshop

Stefan Jakob is a frequent visitor to Australia conducting workshops in how to turn an IKEA rubbish bin into a raku kiln. Fleur Schell hosted the workshop on her property in Hamlin Bay in the south of Western Australia. The following images show the progress of the kiln construction which is fired entirely by wood. It was a nonstop weekend and one of the best workshops I have attended.
